Yomi Casual has made a mark for himself in the Nigerian fashion industry and has earned quite a lot over the years. He is certainly one of the richest if not the richest fashion designer in Nigeria at the time of writing this post.

Who is Yomi Casual?
Omoniyi Makun popularly known by his brand name “Yomi Casual” is a Nigerian fashion designer who hails from Ondo State in the South-Western part of Nigeria. Yomi is the last of seven children which makes him the younger brother of Nigerian Comedian A.Y.
Yomi has always shown interest in fashion and went ahead to study Fashion designing and Technology of Clothing in Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State. Today he is the CEO of one of Nigeria’s biggest “Ready To Wear” Fashion Labels and happens to have a lot of celebrities going for his wears.
The Yomi Casual brand is heavily influenced by African tradition and culture so his wears are mostly native or Ankara. However, they are still classy enough to attract the attention of top-level entertainers in Nigeria and Africa.
Due to his tremendous contribution to the Nigerian Fashion Industry he has been graced with several awards including the inspiration Excellent Award (2014), Exclusive Impact Magazine Fashion Designer of the Year (2014), The Fashion Designer of the Year Award at the Nigerian Youth Merit (2011), the City People Hottest Designer of the Year Award (2011), Effizy Awards Newest Designer of the Year (2011), Designer of the Year at the Dynamix All Youth Awards (2012), and many others.

Being one of the most awarded and notable figures in the Nigerian fashion industry should count for something. And the fact that his wears are patronized mostly by celebrities means that they don’t come cheap and Yomi should definitely be endowed.
While we might not know his net worth for sure, but the fashion designer surprised his fans with the news of the acquisition of a mansion in 2014.
The house is a One-story building with a garage space and relaxation spot.
Moving to the exterior styling of the house, we could say he is one of those few Nigerian celebrities who chose a simple design rather than the marvelous complex design which adores his brother, A.Y’s House.
Moving into the house, we were certainly marveled at the sight of the interior decoration. While A.Y’s wife Mabel Makun was responsible for the near perfect interior design of his house, we couldn’t get any information about the team responsible for that of Yomi Casual’s house.
The interior features furniture with a white and black styling, the walls are painted white. We could also find a mannequin in the living room which is what you should expect in the house of a fashion designer.
The bedroom of the house also features a black and white styling giving a simple but classy look.
There are also several parts of the house as shown in the photos above which features classy designs and beautiful decorations.
The house is said to be located in the Lekki area which is what you should expect as the fashion designer does most of his business in the city of Lagos.
As to the worth of the mansion, Yomi Casual had said in an interview that he will keep the worth of the house private. We are simply left to estimate but we definitely know it is not cheap due to the design and the location of the house.
